All contestants will weigh-in at 11:00am on Monday, January 16th in the kitchen.

All contestants will have until 9:00am Monday, February 13th to lose the largest PERCENTAGE % of their total body weight.

A 160lb person who loses 10lbs = 6.25% of their body weight.

Weekly weigh-ins will take place at 11:00am every Monday in-between to gauge progress.

All weigh-ins will happen fully clothed minus belts, shoes, and watches, however, please leave the bullet proof vest at home.

Arrive at the weigh-in to enter along with a $25 entry fee. Awards will be decided after # of contestants are determined.

All contestants must be weighed using the same calibrated scale in the kitchen.  Scale to remain behind locked doors when not in use.

The honor system is in full effect as contestants are encouraged to lose weight using exercise and 'mainstream' diets ONLY. 

Sabotage, in regards to will power, is permissible.  For instance, if Dan I leaves a Krispy Kreme donut box in the middle of the PM area, this is allowed.

All whining about rules and or dates of contest will be ignored with zeal.
